Meet Joshua

Originally from Cresskill, New Jersey, Joshua studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Florida State University where he graduated with honors. Upon graduating he worked for the Brooklyn Nets for a season before relocating to Aventura for the amazing lifestyle, culture, and weather that South Florida has to offer. After helping his father build a multi-million dollar textile business, he decided he wanted a change. Joshua loved helping friends and family search online whenever they were looking for homes and always had a passion for real estate. His cousin, who had already achieved great success in real estate, kept telling him he would be perfect for the industry, and finally, during the pandemic, he listened and got his license. He began in New Jersey before getting licensed and expanding into the South Florida market as well.

 

Joshua’s knowledge of the market, tenacious work ethic, and integrity have led to his rapid success in an industry that often takes years to break into. His exposure to builders, investors, and land developers takes his expertise in the luxury real estate market to the next level as he has developed a very keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship that may escape others making him an asset to both buyers and sellers. Knowing how valuable his clients' time is, he has built a habit of previewing homes for buyers to ensure they are of the quality a luxury buyer should expect and eliminating those that are not. He also uses this eye for detail when creating a marketing plan for a property. Joshua loves to get creative when marketing a property as each property is unique and highlighting those unique elements is key to getting top dollar. He spares no expense when marketing a property, creating a custom video for his YouTube channel where the property will receive amazing exposure, professional photography, home staging, virtual staging, 3D walkthroughs, and more. Your property journey is personal to him whether big or small. 

 

When he is not selling real estate Joshua enjoys taking in a Miami Heat game at what is now FTX arena, dining at the endless list of amazing restaurants Miami has to offer, spending time with his dog, friends, and family, and is extremely passionate about philanthropy. Joshua donates a percentage of his commission to a charity of the clients choosing on every transaction.
